Pre-Treatment Instructions
Hydrate well: Drink plenty of water (at least 2–3 litres for 2 days before your treatment.
Avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 48 hours before treatment.
Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 5–7 days unless medically necessary
Wash your hair and scalp/face gently on the day of the procedure.
Do not apply hair oils, serums, or makeup on the treatment area.
If prone to fainting during blood draws, inform your doctor in advance.
Post-Treatment Instructions
Do not touch, rub, or wash your face for at least 6–8 hours.
Avoid makeup for 48 hours.
After 12 hours, you may use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer.
Avoid direct sun exposure; apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.
Do not undergo facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments for 7 days.
